About Me
Brokering a real estate transaction is, for most people, handing their largest investment they own. If you're in need of a broker who is detail oriented, driven for success, and treats every transaction like it's one of my own, look no further. One saying you will always here from me is "graceful transparency" - I want my clients to trust that I advise and educate based on what is best for your individual goals. In doing so, I will always be transparent during the process, but in a graceful & positive way. To learn more about me, check out my website!
If you're looking for an agent with extensive knowledge and experience of both Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina, you've found him. I am a second-generation real estate broker, being born and raised in the Carolinas. I have had the blessing of calling the Carolinas my home for 28 years and am yet to find another location that I would prefer to live in more than here in WNC/Upstate SC.
The residential real estate areas I specialize in are:

Having satisfied clients is the reason I do what I do - take a look at what my clients have to say about me!
Many people often ask, "what are your favorite things about living in Asheville/Western North Carolina?" so I thought I would share a few of my answers!
· I love having all 4 seasons - all of which are vibrant but not extreme. We normally get one good snowfall each winter, the spring presents lots of greenery and warmer weather, summers typically are in the mid 80's, and the fall is breath taking when the leaves begin to change in October
· The Blue Ridge Parkway is truly one-of-a-kind. I enjoy being able to drive it and experience the beautiful mountain views and also the hiking trails/scenic overlooks that are on it
· The food in Asheville is amazing! Being nationally recognized for food & beverage, we have diverse options making it easy to enjoy a meal no matter your preference!
· The outdoor activities are what I live for. During the warmer weather months, I enjoy fishing the Davidson River or Mills River for trout, local lakes for bass, and playing sports such as golf or basketball. For the colder months of the year, I'm often snowboarding or hunting!
When it comes to things to do in the Asheville area, we live in abundance! Here are some of my favorite places to hang out with friends/family or simply pass time!
· The North Carolina Arboretum
· Sierra Nevada Brewing Company
There are a few restaurant options that I could eat every day of the week. Here are some of my recommendations to try out!
· 131 Main
I look forward to the opportunity to add value to your real estate goals! If you have any questions or anything I can help with, feel free to reach out at any time.
